Day 1: Indore – Mandu – Maheshwar
On arrival at Indore, meet and proceed towards the historic city of Mandu, known for its Afghan architecture and romantic legends. Visit the Jahaj Mahal, Baz Bahadur Palace and Rani Roopmati Pavilion, which stand as timeless reminders of Mandu’s glorious past. Later, continue the journey to Maheshwar, the spiritual town on the banks of the Narmada River, famous for its ghats and temples. Overnight stay at Maheshwar.
Day 2: Maheshwar – Omkareshwar – Indore
In the morning, explore Maheshwar’s temples and riverfront before heading towards Omkareshwar, one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Visit the Mamleshwar Temple and experience the divine aura of this holy town situated on an island shaped like the sacred Om symbol. By evening, drive back to Indore for your stay.
Day 3: Indore – Ujjain – Indore
After breakfast, proceed to Ujjain, another important pilgrim destination and home to the famous Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. Offer prayers and explore the spiritual ambience of this holy town. Later, visit Rajwada Palace and nearby attractions. In the evening, return to Indore and relax at your hotel.
Day 4: Indore Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend some leisure time exploring Indore on your own. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you will be transferred to the station/airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable short break tour.
